What You Will Do

Lead and own the end‑to‑end product launch strategy for assigned categories on Amazon Seller Central, across Europe and the United States. Build and scale category management practices from scratch—including reporting, analytics, and performance KPIs. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities. Be the strategic bridge between market insights and operational execution—translating customer and market needs into actionable product priorities. Regularly present business insights and prepare strategic plans and sales forecasts. Optimize category performance through data‑led decision making.

Your Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of experience in category management, product strategy, or marketplace operations.
  • Strong hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central in multiple markets (EU and US in particular).
  • Proven ability to build category management processes from the ground up.
  • Data‑driven and analytical, with a strong track record in leveraging insights and forecasting.
  • Skilled in Excel, data organization, and visualization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English is a must; German, French, Italian, or Spanish is a big plus.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
