Our client is a renowned international management consultancy. Their rapidly growing, innovative procurement team manages challenging, exciting, and varied procurement projects and is seeking a new team member.

• Procurement Excellence – Support clients across industries in improving procurement structures and processes.
• Purchasing Optimization – From process optimization and e-procurement solutions to purchasing transformations, sustainable concepts, and negotiation strategies based on auction theory.
• Exciting Projects – Work on varied and challenging projects, from proposal preparation and planning to implementation – both in Germany and internationally.
• Teamwork & Responsibility – Take on responsibility for project goals from the very beginning, supported by strong teamwork and opportunities for professional development.
• Expertise & Innovation – Actively shape the future of procurement with your knowledge and ideas.

• Master’s degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related STEM discipline
• Several years of relevant experience in Procurement (Consultant: first experience; (Senior) Manager: 7+ years, ideally in Strategic Purchasing)
• Either a procurement all-rounder
• Specialised in one or more of the following:
• Digital Procurement (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba)
• Direct / Indirect Procurement Optimization
• Spend Analytics
• Strategy & Transformation
• Game-Theoretical Negotiation
• Sustainability
• Managed Services
• Strong analytical and communication skills, combined with initiative and team spirit
• Business fluent in German and English
