What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a UA Creative Manager who is obsessed with making ads people can’t scroll past. Who is eager about AI, automation, creative pipeline and scale. You’ll sit at the heart of our growth efforts, combining cultural instincts with performance testing.

This is a hands-on, experimental role: you’ll build scripts, produce TikTok-native creatives, operate creative tools, and deliver a constant pipeline of assets for UA testing. Every day, you’ll turn raw ideas into measurable results - helping us understand not just what looks good, but what actually drives installs and revenue.

What you’ll be doing
  • Research and identify emerging TikTok, AI-generated, and mobile content trends.
  • Develop creative concepts and scripts optimized for AI-assisted production and UA campaigns.
  • Leverage AI creative tools (video, voice, avatars, motion, remixing) to mass-produce high-performing ad assets.
  • Manage the entire creative lifecycle: ideation → script → AI production → test → iterate at scale.
  • Run structured A/B tests with the UA team to rapidly validate concepts and formats.
  • Analyze creative performance data (CTR, CPI, ROAS) and translate insights into scalable AI-driven iterations.
  • Collaborate closely with UA managers to maintain a high-velocity creative testing pipeline.
  • Continuously push creative boundaries by experimenting with new AI models, tools, and formats.
  • Act as a creative trendsetter, ensuring our apps stay ahead of both cultural and technological shifts.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Proven experience in UA creative strategy for consumer or mobile apps, ideally subscription-based.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok trends, virality mechanics, and native short-form storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience working with AI video generation models (e.g. Veo, Sora, Nanobanana or similar).
  • Practical experience using AI creative tools and platforms (e.g. HeyGen, Arcade AI, Runway, or comparable tools) to produce ads at scale.
  • Ability to design and operate repeatable creative pipelines that combine AI output with performance feedback.
  • Experience working with or alongside creative agencies and external production partners.
  • Strong grasp of UA performance metrics (CTR, CPI, ROAS) and how creative decisions impact results.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-iterate environment.
  • Collaborative mindset, partnering closely with UA, growth, and data teams.
