Job Description
Develop and implement Microsoft 365 compliance strategies to meet GDPR and other regulatory requirements. Utilize Microsoft Compliance Manager, eDiscovery, and data loss prevention tools to safeguard enterprise data. Collaborate with legal, IT, and security teams to align technical controls with governance policies and conduct regular audits.
- Configure and monitor Microsoft 365 compliance features such as Information Protection, Insider Risk Management, and eDiscovery.
- Develop data classification and retention policies aligned with GDPR.
- Conduct risk assessments and compliance audits, providing remediation recommendations.
- Train stakeholders on compliance tools and best governance practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed compliance within business processes.
- Stay current with regulatory changes and update policies accordingly.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 compliance and governance tools.
- Experience implementing GDPR, CCPA, or equivalent data privacy regulations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Relevant compliance certifications (e.g., Certified Information Privacy Professional) are highly desirable.
- Good understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals.
