A leading electrical services company in Germany is looking for an experienced Electrician (Building/Housing) who has A2/B1 German skills. You will be responsible for planning and carrying out electrical installations, modernising old installations, and ensuring compliance with VDE safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a completed training as an electrician and possess strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role offers a dynamic work environment, emphasizing independence and responsibility.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of VDE regulations and ability to implement these in daily work.
- Independence and sense of responsibility to plan, implement, and monitor tasks.

- Plan and carry out electrical installations.
- Check and modernise old installations.
- Carry out safety checks on electrical systems.
- Install safety equipment like smoke detectors and fuse boxes.

YOUR PROFILE:
- A2/B1 German
- Completed training as an electrician/electronics technician with relevant professional experience. Master craftsman title desirable
- Comprehensive knowledge of VDE regulations and ability to implement these in daily work.
- Independence & sense of responsibility: Willingness and ability to plan, implement and monitor tasks independently
- Problem Solving & Internal Communication Skills: Ability to effectively and quickly analyse electrical problems and develop solutions, as well as communicate these
- clearly to the team to create an efficient working environment
YOUR TASKS:
- Plan and carry out electrical installations
- Plan and implement placement of sockets, switches, lighting and other components
- Check and modernise old installations
- Carry out checks, modernisations and ensure that the work complies with current
- VDE safety standards
- Carry out safety checks
- Regularly checking electrical systems for safety and compliance
- Dismantling old installations
- Professional removal of obsolete electrical components
- Cable laying and electrical installation
- Laying electrical cables for a safe power supply
- Installing cable routes and cable ducts
- Installation of cable routes and cable ducts in accordance with VDE guidelines for the proper routing of electrical cables
- Installation of safety equipment
- Installing smoke detectors, fuse boxes, RCDs and other safety-related equipment
- Installing communication technology
- Installing network cables, telephone lines and multimedia cabling
- Integration of renewable energies
- Possible integration of solar systems to increase energy efficiency
