A prominent tech company in Frankfurt is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead inbound pipeline generation strategies. You will develop and execute campaigns across various platforms, work closely with marketing and sales teams, and directly impact company growth. Ideal candidates have strong experience in B2B marketing and analytics, with excellent skills in project management and communication.
As our Senior Demand Generation Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing our inbound pipeline generation strategy. This role involves both strategy and execution. You will own the inbound strategy, budget, and reporting, including Paid Social and PPC campaigns. You will have support from others in the team on executing your demand generation activities, but expect to be very hands on yourself.
You are an experienced B2B growth marketer. You love turning complex topics into digestible and engaging content to build predictable, affordable, scalable pipeline. You are data-obsessed and curious to learn what works; learning why a campaign works (or doesn’t) is as important as hitting a qualified pipeline goal.
Reporting to the CEO and other members of the Leadership Team as the owner of the overall demand generation strategy, you will collaborate with the Marketing Team (Content Marketing, Marketing Designer, Website technical owner) and work closely with the Sales and Product teams to execute demand generation campaigns. This role is fundamental to our global growth strategy as we launch new products.
