Salary : €90,000 - €95,000 per year + bonus

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales for a hospitality brand. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a team of 25 sales professionals and manage sales operations across various European regions . Your primary focus will be driving luxury membership sales , ensuring the growth and success of the brand. This role can be based anywhere is Europe but will require some travel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage a team of 25 sales professionals across different European regions.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategie s to drive luxury membership sales.
• Monitor sales performance, set targets , and ensure team alignment with business goals.
• Foster a high-performance culture within the sales team through mentorship and coaching.
• Analyze market trend s and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Coach and training the team
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to our members.
• Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.

Requirements :

• Proven experience in luxury membership sales is a must
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large sales team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
• Fluent in English ; additional European languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.
