We are looking for a Growth Marketer for our team. The ideal candidate is the driving force behind Pathmonk’s unique & innovative digital marketing campaigns. Comfortable and energized by operating in a fast-moving organization the candidate develops, implements, tracks and optimizes digital campaigns across multiple channels to drive growth.

• Discover & execute new innovative & unique growth marketing campaign ideas to attract prospects and convert leads
• Work alongside Pathmonk’s Growth team globally to brainstorm and execute on new out-of-the-box experiments to deliver, target, and run strategies that drive direct revenue impact
• Manage the pipeline of experiment testing opportunities to ensure we’re maximizing our testing velocity
• Set growth campaign goals & analyze demand generation performance, draw insights and present results to facilitate data driven decisions
• Host the Pathmonk Presents Growth Marketing Podcast to drive awareness
• Video cutting & editing around the Pathmonk Presents podcast
• Design asset creation for Pathmonk Presents podcast

• 2+ years relevant experience in growth marketing
• Willingness & Enjoyment in hosting Pathmonk’s Growth Marketing podcast
• Hands-on experience with video editing & design tools (like Camtasia, Sketch, Adobe Suite or others)
• Hands-on experience in building and delivering campaigns across a suite of channels and tactics (website, email/marketing automation, paid digital, forums, etc)
• Deep understanding of marketing funnel tactics and metrics by stage of the buyer’s journey, and a proven history of improving funnel conversion and managing campaigns to KPIs
• Familiarity with marketing technology, including a strong understanding of analytics tools content management systems and testing tools
• Able to prioritize; you'll manage multiple projects with competing deadline and priorities
• Native level english

• Previous start-up experience is a huge plus
• Past experience working with complex SaaS product solutions
• An understanding of SaaS business models and key metrics

The salary for this role is 40.000€ per year + Bonus
