Skills
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and product-driven leader to spearhead Archon FinTech Automation (FTA). As VP, Head of FTA, you will lead the development of AI-driven business automation tools, initially focusing on governance, legaltech, and financial automation solutions for the Sky Ecosystem. You will work closely with Archon Labs in the early stages, validating product-market fit, before independently scaling a high-performing team.
- Lead the development and commercialization of AI-driven automation tools.
- Build and scale a profitable business within the Sky Ecosystem and beyond.
- Hire and manage a world-class team, driving execution from incubation to profitability.
- Develop and validate AI solutions tailored for DeFi organizations.
- Oversee product roadmap, strategy, and go-to-market execution.
- Engage with DAOs, DeFi protocols, and other decentralized entities to drive adoption.
- Ensure seamless transition from Archon Labs’ support to an independent operating unit.
- Strong product design skills and a proven track record in AI product development.
- Experience in leading teams and scaling organizations in decentralized settings.
- Deep understanding of DeFi, governance, and financial automation.
- Strategic mindset with an ability to execute complex projects in an evolving landscape.
- Experience in business automation, AI-driven decision-making, or governance tech.
- Ability to sell AI solutions to large-scale decentralized organizations.
- Prior experience launching a startup or running a P&L.
- Knowledge of smart contract development and blockchain infrastructure.
- Background in AI research, machine learning, or data science.
Remote-first, with preference for candidates in European time zones.
