A leading decentralized exchange is seeking a Business Development professional to identify partnerships and enhance platform engagement. The ideal candidate has 2 years of experience in the DeFi or Futures industry, possesses strong communication skills, and is adept at networking. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and representing the company at industry events. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic remote environment.
Qualifikationen
- 2 years of business development or partnership experience in the DeFi or Futures industry.
- Strong understanding of DeFi protocols and market structure.
- Ready network with Protocols/KOLs/Trading Communities.
Aufgaben
- Identify and close strategic partnerships to drive volume.
- Develop relationships with traders and market makers.
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams.
Kenntnisse

- Identify, evaluate, and close strategic partnerships with protocols, KOLs, and ecosystems to drive volume and user acquisition
- Develop and nurture relationships with institutional traders, market makers, and crypto-native funds to increase platform liquidity and engagement
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align BD efforts with product updates, campaigns, and community growth
- Attend and represent APX at key industry conferences, X AMAs, Telegram communities, and hackathons to build brand visibility
- 2 years of proven business development or partnership experience in a Perp DEX or Futures industry
- You must have a strong understanding of DeFi protocols, perpetual DEXs, market structure
- Have a ready network with Protocols/KOLs/Trading Communities for you to get on the ground running from day one
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to represent the company at industry events, panels, and online communities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote, and globally distributed team
