We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives for one of our leading technology retailers supporting customers in Germany and Austria!
- Provide support to customers via inbound calls (emails may be added later).
- Handle common inquiries such as:
- Store locations
- Online returns
- Complaint management
- Checking product stock in stores
- Product reservations (IBS)
- Deliver excellent service contributing to high customer satisfaction.

- Quality Bonus: Up to 20% of salary (valid until end of 2025).

- Weekdays between 09:00 & 23:00 (Summer: until 22:00, Winter: until 23:00).
- Rotating shifts:
- 09:00 – 18:00
- 10:00 – 19:00
- 11:00 – 20:00
- 12:00 – 21:00
- 13:00 – 22:00
- Split shift: 09:00 – 13:00 / 18:00 – 23:00 (every 78 weeks with 2 days off including one weekend day).
- Breaks: 1 hour daily (within 9‑hour schedule).
- Days off: Sunday + 1 variable day.
- Duration: 2 weeks (weekdays only, weekends off).
- Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 / 10:00 – 19:00.
- Format: Online.
- Attendance is mandatory.
- German proficiency (C1 / C2) mandatory.
- Located in Turkey able to work from home.
