Your mission:

Build and grow the Sportmadness brand in your area, making professional sports experiences accessible to everyone and working with clients such as businesses, schools, and public administrations.

What you’ll do

• Launch & lead: Bring the Sportmadness model to life in your area, with support from our headquarters.
• Build your team: Recruit, train, and motivate a small local team to run sports events and activities.
• Deliver experiences: Organize, promote, and deliver high-quality sports events, schools, and camps.
• Drive growth: Engage creatively in sales and marketing—both digital and on the ground—to introduce more people to Sportmadness.
• Ensure quality: Oversee the calendar of activities in your area, making sure every participant enjoys a professional and unforgettable experience.

You should have

• A passion for sports, and a strong connection to your local sports scene.
• Business acumen and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience in management, customer service, or events (a plus).
• The motivation to build, scale, and lead your own sports business.
• A commitment to owning, driving, and scaling the Sportmadness brand in the assigned market.
• A hunger to succeed: financial compensation for this role will be proportionate to hard work, business acumen, and effectiveness.
