The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in recruitment or research and is fluent in both German and English. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to growth and development within the firm.

- Deliver detailed market mapping and talent research.

As a Research Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering executive search assignments from briefing through to appointment. You will work closely with consultants, supporting high‑quality, research‑driven searches and engaging with senior leaders across the DACH region and Europe.
This is a fast‑paced role in a high‑performing, collaborative environment, offering strong exposure to executive search best practice and clear opportunities to develop.

- 2 years’ minimum experience in recruitment, executive search, or a related research role
- Confident engaging with senior professionals
- Curious, organised, and detail‑focused
- Commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable working at pace
- A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Motivated by quality, learning, and long‑term career progression
- Fluency in German and English
- Germany, preference Berlin (remote set up)
