We’re an early‑stage startup building the next generation of smart home recycling systems — an intelligent, compact bin that automatically sorts waste using AI and robotics. Our goal is simple yet ambitious: to eliminate the confusion and hassle of waste separation while empowering households to live cleaner, greener, and smarter.

• Lead and shape the industrial and functional design of our smart bin.
• Collaborate directly with the founder and engineering team to bring concept → prototype → product.
• Develop 3D models, concept sketches, and manufacturing‑ready design iterations.
• Contribute to user experience thinking — from physical ergonomics to visual appeal.
• Experiment, prototype, and rethink waste handling systems that feel seamless at home.
• Participate in product testing and refinement with real user feedback.

• Experience in product / industrial design, preferably with hardware, robotics, or smart home products.
• Familiarity with CAD tools (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, etc.).
• A hands‑on, creative mindset: you enjoy solving physical problems with design.
• Strong communication skills — we value quick, open, message‑based collaboration.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving startup environment with evolving priorities.
• English fluency (Turkish language is a big plus).
• Open to relocating to Tallinn, Estonia after successful funding round.
• Willing to sign NDA (Non‑Disclosure Agreement) before accessing project details, and Confidentiality Agreement post‑hiring.
