A global technology scaleup is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer based in Germany. You will be responsible for shaping and scaling the product infrastructure while driving CI/CD excellence in a cloud-native environment. The ideal candidate has more than 5 years of experience, strong skills in CI/CD tools, and a background in working with startup or scaleup clients. This remote role offers competitive compensation with a salary up to €100,000.

- Strong hands-on experience with cloud-native environments.
- Experience collaborating across Development, QA, and Security teams.

Looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to help shape and scale their product infrastructure.
If you have 5+ years of experience driving CI / CD excellence, thrive in cloud-native environments, and enjoy collaborating across Development, QA, and Security teams, I’d love to hear from you.
- Expertise with CI / CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or GitHub Actions
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible) to manage cloud infrastructure and ensure consistency.
- Strong hands‑on experience with EKS migration
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, Go)
- Familiarity with GitOps (FluxCD or ArgoCD)
- Solid understanding of networking, security, and high availability in AWS
- Experience working for Startup / Scaleup clients
- Bonus points if you speak Russian
