Key Responsibilities
  • 1. 고객 기술지원 (Phone Support & Remote Service)
    • 고객사 문의에 대한 1차 전화 기술 지원
    • 원격 접속을 통한 장비 상태 점검, 로그 수집, 소프트웨어 설치 지원
    • 병원 내 의료장비 네트워크 연결 지원
    • 고객 FORUM 운영 및 기술 문의 관리
    • 서비스 요청 건에 대한 소모품/부품 발송 처리
    • 문제 해결을 위해 내부 L2 팀과 협업하여 이슈 에스컬레이션
  • 2. 제품 품질 이슈 보고 및 관리
    • 서비스 품질 문제 수집 및 보고
    • 매뉴얼과 회사 절차에 따른 장비의 성능 검사 수행
  • 3. 장비 및 파트(Spare Parts) 품질 관리
    • 주간 고객사 장비 관련 품질 이슈 취합 및 분석
    • 장비 및 부품 관련 품질 문제 본사 보고(리포팅)
    • 장비/파트 품질 관련 정기 더블린 미팅 참석 및 진행 상황 공유
  • 4. Field Engineer 지원
    • 필요 시, 엔지니어와 동행하여 병원 현장 방문 및 기술 지원 수행
    • 필요 시, 장비 납품 및 데모 진행 시 현장 지원
    • 장비 설치 및 데모 서류 관리
    • Service bulletins 새로운 업데이트 정리 및 공유
Qualifications
  • Above University Degree and/or equivalent certifications and experience
  • Business level of English communication skills for English interviews
  • Must be able to foster company success through a professional appearance, being courteous to customers
Preferred
  • Prefer graduates from departments of Network, Engineering, Machinery, etc.
  • Job Level: Prospective Students ~ Maximum 3 years of related experience of inspection, quality control and Remote Service etc.
