Independently manage CSRD disclosures and EU taxonomy reporting project
Track completion of disclosures and prepare management report (monthly and quarterly reports)
Independently prepare audits and manage auditors' requests
Monitor standards and legislations with implications for sustainability disclosure and provide the top-management with regular updates on changes
Support in processes for ESG data collection and further development of indicators
Collaborate with the different divisions to achieve sustainability goals and implement the sustainability roadmap
Master's degree in life sciences (environmental sciences, biology, chemistry etc.), process engineering for sustainability or in sustainability/resources management
Project management work experience in multi-national large organizations
2 years of management consultancy experience and in interacting with auditing organizations
Knowledge of CSRD, EU-taxonomy regulation and of common standards and norms of the ESG area (desired in addition: GHG Protocol, ISO, CDP, SBTi, GRI, etc) as well as project management methodologies (e.g. Kanban, Waterfall)
Knowledge of Business Software / SaaS applications (e.g. SAP), experience with implementing BI Tools and/or building Dashboards, Apps and Action Flows
Analytical and communication skills with a high degree of responsibility, commitment, and attention to details
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build cross-functional relationships
Self-driven, motivated , organized and teamplayer
Passionate and Enthusiasm for sustainability aspects
Business fluent command of spoken and written English and German with excellent communication skills as well as the willingness to travel
