AsAssociateVice President / Partner Consulting (f/m/d) at Siemens Advanta, you will shape the future of digitalization by guiding Siemens and external clients through their most complex transformation challenges.Building on Siemens Advanta’s heritage as Siemens’ global management consultancy, the role combines growth, project and people responsibility for the consulting business, and senior client advisory at C-level.

You will operate at the intersection of strategy, digitalization and technology, working on one of Siemens’ top strategic priorities. • Generate strategic impact: Act as trusted advisor to our clients, shaping strategic agendas and transformation roadmaps with your thought leadership while jointly driving sustainable growth of the consulting business.
• Strategic Project Ownership: Take operational and financial responsibility for acquiring and delivering projects in industrial and corporate sectors. Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, tailored digital and organizational solutions for Siemens various units and external clients.
• Build trusted C-level relationships: Act as advisor to top executives, establishing long-term partnerships and managing complex internal and external stakeholder landscapes.
• Develop people and culture: Inspire, coach, and grow high-performing, diverse teams while fostering an inclusive, performance-oriented consulting culture.

• Education: A Master's degree or MBA from a renowned university/business school is desirable, ideally with a focus on strategic management, international business, digital transformation, or a degree related to Siemens’ core offerings, e.g. computer science, technology management, engineering.
• Proven track record in leading industrial digital transformation projects.
• Extensive experience (+8 years) as a Principal, (Associate) Partner or VP at a top-tier strategy consultancy, with an outstanding project delivery record.
• Proven track record in selling, leading, and delivering large-scale digital and transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in digitalization and strategic transformation, coupled with an entrepreneurial approach and strong analytical skills.
• Working Style: Ability to thrive in a matrix organization, fostering strong internal partnerships and cross-functional collaboration.
• Extensive experience leading international teams and actively creating an inclusive environment.
• Languages: Business-fluent English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
