Then come and join our global team as Treasury Manager (f/m/d) Liquidity Management and Subsidiary Financing. In this role, you will help safeguard the Group’s liquidity at all times and drive forward the digital transformation of our finance organization.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.

Your tasks and responsibilities
  • You ensure the continuous liquidity and payment capability of the Group companies.
  • You contribute to the development, enhancement, and implementation of treasury policies and directives.
  • You support the creation of strategies and concepts to centralise liquidity across Group entities, optimising the Group’s overall interest result.
  • You analyse and improve liquidity management processes together with your team and support their operational execution.
  • You serve as a point of contact for financing, liquidity, and market risk management inquiries from global treasury regions.
  • You assist with financing and liquidity topics within the scope of various projects.
  • You identify financial market risks and design, coordinate, and implement appropriate mitigation measures with relevant stakeholders.
  • You share responsibility for administering the Group’s Global Comfort Letter.
  • You contribute your ideas to further digitalisation within the finance organization.
Your qualifications and experience
  • You hold a completed Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • You have several years of experience in banking and/or bring treasury experience from a corporate environment.
  • You already have experience in financing and liquidity topics, ideally within an international company.
  • You have initial experience in digitalisation within Finance and are interested in further developing your skills in this area.
  • You are familiar with information service providers such as Refinitiv/Reuters.
  • You have very strong MS Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
