Your tasks:

• Disciplinary and professional leadership of the Cyber Security Consulting team in Germany, focusing on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). Responsibilities include conducting development discussions, goal setting and evaluation, personnel resource planning, and contributing to budget planning.
• Recruiting new talent, developing career paths, managing skills development, and promoting continuous training within the team.
• Reporting directly to the Head of the Cybersecurity Consulting Line Office Germany.
• Participating in and consulting on client projects, related to GRC or other services from our portfolio.
• Supporting activities in pre-sales, sales, and marketing.
• Contributing to the creation and quality assurance of proposals within our department.

Your qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a comparable qualification, along with professional experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of corporate security.
• In-depth knowledge in Information Security and Risk Management, with a focus on Cyber Security, is preferred.
• Experience leading Information Security and Risk Management consultants and working in international teams.
• Ability to combine team leadership with project work effectively.
• Structured, organized working style with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Fluent in German and English for business communication.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
