A global home furnishing company is seeking a Case Manager to join their Safety & Compliance team in Dortmund. This role focuses on managing product deviations to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent project management experience, and adept communication abilities. Responsibilities include leading case processes, managing project timelines, and ensuring actions are executed effectively. We have several processes within IKEA resolving deviations related to our product range and now we are looking for a Case Manager to join the current Safety & Compliance team. To make the range sellable by securing safe and healthy products that corresponds to legislations and exceeds customer expectations. The purpose of this role is also to lead and coordinate the work in managing and resolving deviations and related actions; so that the defined objective and scope is delivered on time and within budget.
