Responsabilités
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative culture.
- Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable and payroll.
- Prepare financial statements and manage month-end financial closing process.
Connaissances
- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Manage the month-end financial closing process, including the production of management accounts.
- Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, cash flow statements, and profit & loss reports.
- Review monthly actuals, forecasts, and plans; analyze deviations and provide insights to senior management.
- Partner effectively with the Executive/Senior Leadership teams and department heads on financial matters.
- Ensure timely execution and distribution of scheduled reports; troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
- Present data effectively using reports, charts, and diagrams; summarize findings clearly and creatively.
- Assist in fundraising activities as needed.
- Proven leadership skills, especially in fast-paced environments; startup experience is a plus.
- Extensive experience across all finance areas with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.
- Supportive leadership skills, including coaching, training, and development.
- Competence in financial planning and budgeting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to represent the company professionally in various settings.
- Experience with funding rounds is highly advantageous.
