Job Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture.
• Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Manage the month-end financial closing process, including the production of management accounts.
• Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, cash flow statements, and profit & loss reports.
• Review monthly actuals, forecasts, and plans; analyze deviations and provide insights to senior management.
• Partner effectively with the Executive/Senior Leadership teams and department heads on financial matters.
• Ensure timely execution and distribution of scheduled reports; troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
• Present data effectively using reports, charts, and diagrams; summarize findings clearly and creatively.
• Assist in fundraising activities as needed.
