A leading data privacy firm is seeking a Data Analyst to join their Business Intelligence team focused on Growth strategies in Munich. The ideal candidate will leverage data and analytics to support acquisition and virality efforts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive impactful insights. This full-time role supports hybrid working models, providing opportunities to directly influence marketing strategies and optimize growth. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools like Power BI is essential, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Business Intelligence team with a dedicated focus on supporting the Growth – Acquisition & Virality. This role you will collaborate closely with product managers, marketers, designers and engineers to analyze user behavior, identify opportunities, measure the impact of initiatives and deliver actionable insights that drive growth.
You will support and accelerate experiments across our three key focus areas: Virality, U.S.-focused Acquisition, and Acquisition via CMS platforms. Acting as a bridge between data analysis and growth strategy, you will enable data‑driven decision‑making, unlock new growth levers and optimize our go‑to‑market efforts for scale.
