A leading healthcare company in Leverkusen is seeking a Management Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Japanese, German, and English, possess strong customer service and administrative skills, and have a degree in Administration or equivalent experience. This full-time position requires you to be present on-site, assisting the Managing Director and supporting day-to-day operations, travel arrangements, and office management activities.

Terumo recently acquired a CDMO facility in Leverkusen, Germany to enhance its capacity and better service customer demands within EMEA. As part of this acquisition we are now looking to hire a Supply Chain and Warehouse manager to support this production site.
The main responsibility of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director, his direct reports and Japanese expats. This includes supporting day-to-day site operations, support office management activities, book meetings and hotels, hosting visitors, participate in management meetings, take minutes and follow-up on made decisions and deliverables. This is a full-time, on-site position requiring maximum presence at the Leverkusen office.
