Overview

The WIRTGEN GROUP is an internationally operating group of companies in the construction machinery sector incorporating the traditional product brands WIRTGEN, VÖGELE, HAMM, KLEEMANN and BENNINGHOVEN, all headquartered in Germany, with local production plants in Brazil, China and India. Worldwide customer support is provided by group-owned sales and service companies and authorized dealers. Presently, the WIRTGEN GROUP employs approximately 9,000 people.

The WIRTGEN INTERNATIONAL GmbH bundles the sales-supporting functions of the WIRTGEN GROUP – among others, Sales, Customer Support, Marketing, Financing and Leasing – for purposeful support and control of the worldwide sales channels.

To strengthen our Dealer Development department, we are looking for a full-time and permanent Manager (m/f/d) Regional Business and Dealer Development Eastern Europe and Stan

Your New Position:

The Manager Regional Business and Dealer Development Eastern Europe and Stan is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and maintaining a strong network of authorized dealers for the company’s line of road construction- and mineral processing equipment, while also taking responsibility to expand business opportunities for all Wirtgen Group OEMs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealer Network Development: Identify, evaluate, recruit new dealers within targeted region. Maintain relationships with existing dealers for long-term partnerships. Conduct regular dealer assessments to identify performance gaps and opportunities for improvement. Define roadmap for dealer’s further development and implement necessary actions to achieve goals.
  • Dealer Support and Training: Provide dealers with access to training on products, sales strategies, and company policies. Develop and implement dealer incentive programs to encourage sales growth.
  • Market Expansion and Strategy: Work closely with senior management and OEMs to develop and execute market expansion strategies. Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor dealer sales performance, inventory levels, and customer satisfaction metrics. Develop and implement action plans for underperforming dealers. Ensure dealers meet required Dealer Standards.
  • Collaboration and Reporting: Work closely with OEM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, Financial Solutions, Legal and Logistics). Prepare regular performance reports and dealer development updates.
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure dealers comply with all company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations. Promote and share best practices within the dealer network.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and drive growth in targeted areas. Develop strategies for increasing the company’s market presence.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Support, dealer development, or business development, preferably in the road construction or mining equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the construction equipment market.
  • High level of personal and professional ethics.
  • Proven ability to develop and manage dealer relationships.
  • Fluent in English and Russian.
