🚀 Head of Sales & Marketing

Are you a hands‑on commercial leader with a passion for medical aesthetics? Do you thrive in fast‑moving, entrepreneurial environments where you can build, grow, and shape the commercial future of a company?

Our client is an innovative medical aesthetics manufacturer transitioning from start‑up to scale‑up, with high‑quality HA‑based products, international distributors, and a new production line launching next year. To support their global growth, we are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales & Marketing to lead international sales, global marketing, and medical marketing.

What You’ll Do

• Drive international B2B sales and manage global distributor relationships
• Lead marketing and medical marketing across multiple regions
• Build and execute commercial strategy for international expansion
• Travel to meet partners, train teams, and support launches
• Work cross‑functionally with R&D, manufacturing, regulatory & leadership teams
• Play a pivotal role in scaling a company of ~35 people

What You Bring

• Experience in medical devices or aesthetic medicine
• Strong international sales & distributor management background
• Strategic mindset with a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mentality
• Comfort working with doctors, clinics, and medical partners
• Fluent English; Spanish or other EU languages are a plus
• Entrepreneurial, agile, and excited about scale‑up environments
