Responsibilities
- The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor and providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring store operations run effectively.
- Part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and achievement of daily sales goals with the team.
- What You’ll Do – Opening and closing routines; Product knowledge & brand awareness; Business understanding; Proactive thinking; Attention to detail; Register/Point of Sale use; Asset protection; Visual displays; System skills; Work schedule requirements.
- Availability – Schedule varies weekly with at least 25 hours per week; required availability on Saturdays and Sundays and certain holidays; hours may increase during peak periods.
- German version: Key Leads (m/w/d) ensure a high-quality shopping experience, train and oversee sales floor and warehouse staff, and ensure smooth store operations; part of the management team with responsibility for store performance and daily sales targets.

Qualifications
- What it Takes – Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred; Retail Experience: at least 1 year preferred; Supervisor/Managerial Experience: not required; CEFR B2 Fluency in English & German required.
