A global technology company is seeking an experienced Named Account Executive in Frankfurt to manage strategic accounts in the Healthcare and Life Sciences sector. This role focuses on building relationships with C-level decision-makers while delivering comprehensive account strategies. The ideal candidate should have a consistent track record of selling complex enterprise software, strong fluency in German and English, and a deep understanding of digital transformation within the industry. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Named Account Executive, focused on a select portfolio of our most strategic, high-caliber HLS clients in Germany (MedTech or Pharmaceuticals).
Salesforce for Healthcare and Life Sciences powers the business of health, and can deliver trusted care and service from anywhere. We aim to unite the Healthcare and Life science vertical with a single view of every patient and customer. Our Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud tools are designed to help our customers put their customers at the center of their business to drive outcomes and reduce costs.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to our customers, building robust relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision-makers, with a focus on a set of existing German enterprise HLS accounts (MedTech or Pharma). As a Senior Account Executive you will communicate the benefits of the entire Salesforce Customer 360 product suite, craft and deliver a comprehensive account strategy aligned with customer business goals to foster their growth, and navigate the full sales cycle by leveraging various resources to support deal closure.
Responsibility for a set of existing high-caliber clients within the HLS Sector
Orchestrating an account team within a complex matrix organization to drive a long-term strategy to transform the digitalization of our customers
Engagements with C-Level decision makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data
Coordinate internal Salesforce resources such as Sales Engineers, Sales Specialists, Marketing, Business Development, Professional Services, Executives, Partners etc. to drive account strategy
Consistent track record of selling complex enterprise software or technology to C-level of HLS clients
Strong POV of industry trends and ability to build a narrative of digital transformation within the Healthcare / Life Sciences sector
Experience in defining an Account Strategy and Execution Plan for a set of top tier accounts
Strong experience in selling as a team as part of a matrix organization and aligning with the account team to support the customer's success
Accurately forecasts and achieves revenue goals
Fluency in German and English. Ability to interact with customers in a clear, concise, and timely manner using a variety of communication methods (written, verbal, presentation)
