As a Customer Success Manager at fraud0, you own the customer relationship from Proof of Concept to long-term partnership. You ensure customers see real ROI, love the product, and stay with us. This role combines customer engagement, technical expertise, analytics, and product ownership.
Your mission
- Own customer relationships during PoC and signed phases, with as many touchpoints as needed to ensure success
- Build ROI-based business cases together with customers
- Engage customers via calls and meetings, and proactively guide them
- Educate customers on all product features and track usage in our CRM
- Provide hands-on technical and analytical support (tags, automations, reporting)
- Monitor accounts and proactively inform customers about fraud insights and performance
- Be the voice of the customer internally:
- Create Jira tickets for bugs
- Forward feature requests to Product
- Prevent churn and actively try to save contracts
- Document all activities, calls, and emails in our CRM
Your profile
- Fluent in English and German – daily customer communication happens in both languages
- Strong customer-facing mindset – you actively engage with customers via calls and meetings and feel comfortable leading conversations
- Strong technical understanding, especially: Digital Media & Performance Marketing, with a solid understanding of the Google ecosystem & tag implementations (you understand how tags work and how to implement them correctly)
- Automation workflows (e.g. AI tools like n8n.io, Claude Code, ChatGPT) are a plus
- Experienced working with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
- Highly product-driven – you are genuinely addicted to the product, love using it, improving it, and explaining it to customers. You’re comfortable creating issues in Jira (or similar issue trackers).
- Hands-on mentality – you are willing and motivated to build and set up automation workflows yourself
- Analytical thinking with the ability to translate technical findings into clear customer value and ROI
- Solution-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working between customers, tech, and product
- Based in Munich or willing to relocate
