• Several years of experience in the development of Power Platform or RPA based solutions.
• Extensive hands-on experience in Power Automate and Power Apps including Canvas, Model Driven- and Code Apps.
• Knowledge in working with APIs, SAP and combining tools for optimal results.

As Senior Power Platform Developer (f/m/d) you will join a cross-functional squad of developers, consultants and digital thinkers. We build intelligent automation solutions that make E.ON faster, simpler and more customer-friendly.

Your Role – meaningful undamp; rewarding

• Design and implement automation solutions based on the Microsoft Power Platform with a focus on Power Automate, Power Apps and CoPilot Studio
• Translate business requirements into robust digital solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability and a high level of user experience
• Enhance and optimize existing solutions and actively introduce new technical approaches to the team
• Ensure technical excellence by applying clean coding, testing, CI/CD, monitoring and security best practices
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business and IT, acting as a trusted technical partner
• Stay up to date on the latest trends in AI, Power Platform and RPA and turn relevant insights into real solutions
• Mentor junior developers, contribute to code reviews and share knowledge to strengthen the team’s overall expertise

Your Profile – authentic undamp; open-minded

• Several years of experience in the development of Power Platform or RPA based solutions
• Extensive hands‑on experience in Power Automate, Power Apps including Canvas-, Model Driven- and Code Apps and CoPilot Studio. BluePrism is a plus
• Knowledge in working with APIs, SAP and combining tools to achieve the best results
• Confident with software engineering fundamentals like CI/CD pipelines, (automated) testing, monitoring and cloud concepts
• Demonstrated ability to assess complex digital challenges and develop structured, pragmatic solutions that align with client objectives
• Strong communication skills to both technical and non-technical stakeholders combined with a proactive, autonomous working style with a strong sense of ownership and customer focus
• Fluent in German and English
