What You’ll Do

As a System Engineer you will support strategic sales efforts across the EMEIA region, acting as a trusted technical advisor and demonstrating the full Jamf portfolio to prospective and existing customers. You will work closely with Key Account Managers and Regional Sales Managers to support opportunities in key verticals such as Public Sector, Healthcare, and Education.

This role is offered as remote in Germany only. You may be required to work periodically at a Jamf office or collaborative work location for certain events.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver live and virtual product demonstrations tailored to customer needs.
  • Build trust and establish yourself as a technical expert for customers and channel partners.
  • Recommend effective Jamf‑based solutions to address business and technical challenges.
  • Support customer proof‑of‑concept initiatives and trial engagements in complex environments.
  • Represent Jamf through keynotes and presentations at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
  • Conduct enablement sessions and technical training for partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Track account activity, technical engagement, and sales progress through CRM tools.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, product, and global enablement teams.
  • Contribute actively to regional sales meetings with technical insight and strategy.
  • Own and nurture technical relationships with key regional partners.
  • Assist in equipping fellow team members with updated technical materials and best practices.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in sales engineering, technical consultancy, or a related role (Required)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English (Required)
  • Fluent in spoken and written German (Required)
  • Full suite of Jamf certifications (Preferred)
  • Cybersecurity certification (e.g., Cybersecurity Fundamentals) (Preferred)
  • Understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) (Required)
  • Understanding of Zero Trust network architecture (Required)
  • Solid understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Apple in the enterprise or network‑level cybersecurity concepts (Required)
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a field‑based role while maintaining strong collaboration with team members (Required)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences (Required)
  • Experience in technical consultative selling within complex organisations (Required)
Security & Privacy Requirements
  • Participation in ongoing security training is mandatory.
  • Adhere to established security protocols; handle sensitive data responsibly and comply with data protection and privacy regulations, including breach reporting.
  • Accept and uphold the Jamf Code of Conduct and all applicable security and privacy policies.
Physical Requirements
  • Travel 50% of the time to customer sites, events, and internal meetings across the EMEIA region.
