Key responsibilities in your new role

• Consult business counterparts on problem-solving and innovative solutions to meet changing demands
• Ensure a comprehensive understanding of business needs while effectively documenting the required solutions
• Guide and participate in process re-engineering initiatives to optimize and digitalize business processes
• Provide insights on the latest competitive solutions and trending technologies
• Support and lead global projects, including managing complex Class E projects
• Contribute to idea generation for innovative IT solutions and qualify new demands and change requests
• Navigate high solution complexity by managing cross‑functional and cross‑regional interfaces in Business and Production Planning areas

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 1‑3 years of professional experience in IT consulting or business process consulting, specifically in Supply Chain Planning
• Expert knowledge in Supply Chain Planning processes and good knowledge in the Demand and Supply Planning areas, with the ability to integrate digital solutions into these business processes
• Practical exposure to emerging digital technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing, blockchain, or data analytics
• Sound knowledge of interface technologies for SAP and non‑SAP applications
• Familiarity with modern platforms and frameworks such as AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Dataiku, Hadoop, Denodo, Tableau
• Fluent language skills in English – German is a plus
