We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer (m/f/d) to join and drive the Salesforce development processes at one of our Ecosystem Companies.

As a Salesforce Developer, you’ll design and build scalable applications on the Salesforce platform, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

• Design and develop custom applications in the Salesforce platform, including Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, Flows, Approval Processes, and assignment/escalation rules
• Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams, such as product development and interface development
• Author technical design documentation defining all application code and the methodology for design decisions
• Troubleshoot issues, identify complex problems, analyze potential solutions (including workarounds), and provide timely fixes
• Confidently bring value to any team with exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and innovative process optimization abilities

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development projects with deep familiarity with the Salesforce platform
• Skilled in developing high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code using Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Apex Triggers, and integrating force.com with third-party systems using SOAP and RESTful services
• Knowledge of security models and techniques within the Salesforce environment
• Familiar with SFDX and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Knowledge of Service and Sales Cloud Case Management, Lightning Framework, Live Agent, and Omnichannel
