Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir dich als Fullstack Developer (m/w/d) in Vollzeit – eine Schlüsselrolle, in der du zentrale Bereiche unseres PLITCH-Desktop-Clients und der dahinterliegenden Services gestaltest und gemeinsam mit uns die Zukunft des Gamings prägst.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a full-time FULLSTACK DEVELOPER (m/f/d) – a key role where you will shape central parts of our PLITCH desktop client and its underlying services.

• End-to-end Umsetzung von Features für den PLITCH-Desktop-Client und zugehörige Services mit .NET 8+ (C#) und—wo sinnvoll—C++.
• Entwicklung sauberer, wartbarer Komponenten und APIs und Beitrag zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Architektur.
• Qualität steigern: Tests (Unit/Integration), Code Reviews, Performance-/Security-Best Practices.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit im cross-funktionalen Team aus Product, Design und Engineering—von der Idee bis zum Release.
• Zuverlässigkeit & DX verbessern: Observability (Logging/Metriken/Tracing), CI/CD, Build-Tooling, Automatisierung.
• Aus Spezifikationen großartige UIs bauen: Designs (z. B. Figma) in zugängliche, responsive Desktop-Oberflächen übersetzen (XAML/HTML/CSS, wo passend).
• Arbeitspakete schneiden, iterativ ausliefern, Wirkung messen und aus Daten lernen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ship features end-to-end for the PLITCH desktop client and supporting services using .NET 8+ (C#) and (where needed) C++.
• Implement clean, maintainable components and APIs, contributing to our evolving architecture..
• Improve quality via tests (unit/integration), code reviews, and performance/security best practices.
• Collaborate in a cross-functional team across product, design, and engineering—from discovery to delivery.
• Improve reliability & DX: observability (logging/metrics/tracing), CI/CD, build tooling, automation.
• Turn specs into great UI: translate designs (e.g., Figma) into accessible, responsive desktop interfaces (XAML/HTML/CSS where appropriate).
• Break down work, ship iteratively, measure impact, and learn from data.

• 2+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung produktiver Software—Backend und ein desktop-fokussiertes (oder Web-)Frontend.Strong experience with C#/.NET 8+; C++ fundamentals are a plus.
• Sehr gute Kenntnisse in C#/.NET 8+; C++-Grundlagen sind ein Plus.
• Sicher im Umgang mit Git, SQL sowie relationalen und nicht-relationalen Datenbanken.
• Erfahrung mit Cloud-Technologien (bevorzugt Azure).
• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, schriftlich und mündlich.
• Nachweisbare Auslieferung zuverlässiger Systeme mit Fokus auf Tests und Observability.
• Offen für AI-Coding-Coplots (z. B. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf), um Qualität und Tempo zu erhöhen.

• Du bist leidenschaftliche:r PC/Konsolen-Gamer:in und verstehst das Look & Feel von Gaming-Produkten.
• Erfahrung mit XAML und Figma.
• Security- und Performance-Mindset: grundlegendes Threat Modeling, Sandboxing-Konzepte, Profiling/Debugging.
• Up-to-date bei modernen Engineering- und Gaming-Standards.

• 2+ years building production software across backend and a desktop-focused (or web) frontend.
• Strong experience with C#/.NET 8+; C++ fundamentals are a plus.
• Solid skills with Git, SQL, and working with both relational and non-relational data stores.
• Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure).
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken.
• Track record of shipping reliable systems with testing and observability in mind.
• Comfortable using AI coding copilots (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) to accelerate quality work.

• You’re a passionate PC/console gamer and understand the look & feel of gaming products.
• Familiarity with XAML and Figma.
• Security- and performance-minded: threat modeling, sandboxing, low-level debugging/profiling.
• Up-to-date on modern engineering and gaming standards.
