To support our Shipmanagement at the next possible time we are looking for a Chief Superintendent (m / f / d) .

• Ensure all vessels in your team are technically operational compliant with regulations and managed within agreed budgets
• Implement management requirements through effective leadership
• Lead and develop your team fostering efficiency and safety
• Manage budgets monitor vessel performance and oversee docking planning
• Act as main point of contact for classification societies flag states and regulatory bodies

• Several years of experience in ship management preferably as Chief Superintendent or Fleet Manager
• Extensive seagoing experience in a responsible position as Chief or Second Engineer
• Degree in Marine Engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Commercial mindset and the ability to manage budgets effectively
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally
