• Implement management requirements through effective leadership
• Lead and develop your team fostering efficiency and safety
• Manage budgets monitor vessel performance and oversee docking planning
• Act as main point of contact for classification societies flag states and regulatory bodies

Your profile

• Several years of experience in ship management preferably as Chief Superintendent or Fleet Manager
