- Develop and implement influencer and social media strategies.
- Manage influencer collaborations from selection to campaign implementation.
- Lead the influencer and social media team, promoting creativity and professional development.

- Several years of demonstrably successful professional experience in influencer marketing, social media, or content creation, ideally in a leadership position
- Excellent understanding of current social media platforms, creator ecosystems, and digital trends
- Experience in team leadership, project management, and strategic planning
- Strong sense for brands, aesthetics, storytelling, and target audiences
- Analytical thinking combined with a creative, hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
- Excellent English skills
Strategy & Management
- Development and implementation of the holistic influencer and social media strategy in close coordination with brand, marketing, and e-commerce teams
- Responsibility for goal definition, KPIs, budget planning, and performance analysis in the influencer and social media environment
- Identification of new platforms, trends, formats, and creator and community potential
- Building, maintaining, and developing long-term partnerships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors
- Management of all influencer and social media collaborations from selection and contract negotiations to campaign implementation
- Ensuring brand-compliant, authentic, and legally sound collaborations
- Strategic management of content creation together with the team (social media, video, photos, campaign content)
- Development of creative concepts, storylines, and content formats along the customer journey
- Ensuring consistent, high-quality brand presentation across all social media channels
- Leading the influencer and social media team
- Promoting creativity, personal responsibility, and professional development
- Close collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners and agencies
