Your Responsibilities
We are looking for a new colleague to join our faculty in Potsdam and Berlin on a full-time/part-time basis starting as soon as possible.

Key Activities & Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching in assigned courses across Bachelor's and Master's degree programmes.
- Design and update course syllabi, materials, assessments, and digital resources.
- Supervise theses and student research projects.
- Conduct applied research and contribute to the university's academic output.
- Engage in academic advising and mentoring of students.
- Participate in curriculum development and quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborate with international partners and industry stakeholders.
- Contribute to the broader academic community at Gisma through committee work and events.
Your Profile
- At least 2 years of relevant teaching or industry experience, with proven expertise in one or more of the listed subject areas, ideally in an international context.
- Demonstrated practical proficiency with modern programming languages, frameworks, and state-of-the-art tools and technologies used in the industry.
- Strong intercultural communication skills and a student-centered approach to teaching.
- Residence and legal authorization to work in Germany.
- A completed doctoral degree (PhD or DBA) in a relevant field is an advantage.
- Proven track record of scholarly research, publications, or applied industry projects is an advantage.
