We are looking for a Cybersecurity Senior Manager (all genders) to work within our team to lead solution design and business development for our cybersecurity consulting practice. You will be responsible to shape our client’s cybersecurity agenda as well as orchestrate pursuits from prospecting to close.

Our tasks focus on securing complex systems and organizations:

• Build and deepen executive relationships becoming a trusted advisor on cyber risk, resilience, and transformation
• Shape solutions and value propositions across offerings such as:
  o Cyber strategy, risk, and compliance (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI, regulatory)
  o Identity and access management and zero trust
  o Cloud and application security (AWS, Azure, GCP, DevSecOps, AppSec)
  o Threat detection and response, SOC modernization, SIEM/SOAR, IR retainer
  o Data security, privacy and insider risk
  o Vulnerability management and offensive security (red/purple teaming)
  o OT/ICS security and enterprise segmentation
• Project and program management in the realm of cybersecurity strategies and solutions
• Represent the firm at industry events and publish thought leadership, case studies, and points of view that drive demand

Are you an analytical thinker with strong social and communication skills, are curious, and enjoy working as a team player? In addition to a high degree of personal initiative and an entrepreneurial can-do mentality, you possess the following distinguishing qualities:

• You hold an outstanding university degree, ideally in the STEM field
• You have at least five years of experience in IT consulting, with a focus on cybersecurity transformations and implementation projects
• You possess a proven sales track record, are able to quickly identify project opportunities and create suitable proposals for existing and future customers
• You demonstrate an in-depth understanding of cybersecurity architectures, frameworks, policies, and procedures necessary for effectively protecting clients’ infrastructures
• You have a proven ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate both internal and external teams, ensuring the successful execution of strategic cybersecurity initiatives
• You thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams and international settings and are open to travel as needed
• You excel in stakeholder management, cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners to advance cybersecurity initiatives
• You have strong communication skills and can convey complex cybersecurity concepts clearly in both German and English
• You hold relevant industry certifications such as CISSP/ CISM/ CISA or you are willing to pursue such certifications

Our projects are often international and require travel. Long-term engagements in other countries are possible and based on personal preferences.

A relocation within Germany is NOT required.
