We at Danfoss Power Solutions are looking for a (Senior) Embedded Software Developer (m / f / d) in Neumünster. You’ll be part of the team shaping the future of mobile machinery. With your expertise in embedded systems, you’ll help develop the next generation of our PLUS+1 Operating System platform systemplatform – used in construction, agriculture, and off-highway vehicles. Your work will directly impact performance, safety, and innovation in the field.

• Translating specifications and data sheets into reliable embedded software
• Capturing and managing requirements using modern tools
• Designing and implementing drivers for real-time embedded systems
• Contributing to safety-critical software development
• Collaborating with international engineering teams across Danfoss

• Proven experience in embedded software development using C
• Solid understanding of microcontroller architectures (e.g., Cortex-M, TriCore) and interfaces like CAN, SPI, I2C
• Practical debugging experience (e.g., JTAG, oscilloscopes, protocol analyzers)
• A collaborative mindset and experience working in cross-functional teams
• Fluency in English
