We are currently supporting a leading German organization in hiring a SAP Developer / Integration Consultant to strengthen their internal HR Tech & Payroll integration capabilities. You will join a cross-functional team responsible for maintaining and developing complex interfaces between SAP and Workday (Other third party). This is a permanent in-house position with a remote-first setup — ideal for candidates seeking long-term stability and the opportunity to work on high-impact internal systems, rather than external client projects.
This is not a greenfield role. The integration environment is mature and complex, with deep customisations and dependencies. The ideal candidate will bring patience, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills to navigate this structure and add long-term value.
