Chief Business Officer
Zusammenfassung
A German mid-sized company is seeking a Chief Business Officer to shape their new venture in the lifestyle-health sector. This role involves establishing a brand identity and launching a premium market strategy. Candidates should have a proven track record in Sales and Marketing, especially within lifestyle or hospitality sectors, and be fluent in German and English. The position is hybrid, requiring at least 3 days on-site in Dresden.
Qualifikationen
- Proven track record in Sales and Marketing leadership roles.
- Strong experience in brand building and go-to-market strategies.
- Comfortable in a startup or spin-off environment.

- Establish and develop the company’s new brand identity.
- Design and execute a premium marketing and sales strategy.

Our client is a German mid-sized company launching a new spin-off dedicated to developing and commercializing innovative lifestyle-health concepts tailored to the premium hospitality sector.
As Chief Business Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing their new venture. Your responsibilities will span two key areas:
- Brand Building – Establishing and developing the company’s new brand identity in alignment with their vision and global ambitions.
- Go-to-Market Strategy – Designing and executing a premium marketing and lifestyle concept, as well as a sales strategy, to support the launch of our innovative new hardware device.
Working closely with the CEO, you will bring a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset to drive strategic objectives while building scalable processes for long‑term success.
- Proven track record in Sales and Marketing leadership roles, ideally within lifestyle, premium consumer, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong experience in brand building and go‑to‑market strategy development.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a “hands‑on builder” mentality.
- Comfortable operating in a startup or spin‑off environment, with the ability to scale from strategy to execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in German and English is essential
