About the Company

Our client is a German mid-sized company launching a new spin-off dedicated to developing and commercializing innovative lifestyle-health concepts tailored to the premium hospitality sector.

The Role

As Chief Business Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and growing their new venture. Your responsibilities will span two key areas:

  1. Brand Building – Establishing and developing the company’s new brand identity in alignment with their vision and global ambitions.
  2. Go-to-Market Strategy – Designing and executing a premium marketing and lifestyle concept, as well as a sales strategy, to support the launch of our innovative new hardware device.

Working closely with the CEO, you will bring a hands‑on, entrepreneurial mindset to drive strategic objectives while building scalable processes for long‑term success.

About You
  • Proven track record in Sales and Marketing leadership roles, ideally within lifestyle, premium consumer, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong experience in brand building and go‑to‑market strategy development.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a “hands‑on builder” mentality.
  • Comfortable operating in a startup or spin‑off environment, with the ability to scale from strategy to execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in German and English is essential
