We’re partnered with a leading recruitment firm specializing in the Aviation/Aerospace sector. Join a global business with a thriving team of 20 based at Frankfurt airport.

You will be the first member of the Recruitment team in this office, responsible for managing existing client accounts and strategically expanding partnerships. You’ll source, screen, and place contractors with Aviation experience.

Building relationships with clients and candidates in person is essential, so willingness and ability to travel to meetings are required.

• Minimum 5 years of 360 agency recruitment experience within the Aviation, Engineering, or Technical sectors
• Experience in labour lease recruitment and strong compliance knowledge
• Fluent in German and proficient in English
• Self-sufficient, communicative, and detail-oriented
• Full driving license and own vehicle
• Ability to pass a German security check
