An engineering solutions company in Nordrhein-Westfalen is looking for a Junior Program Manager. This role requires supervising projects, monitoring processes, and leading cross-functional teams in the automotive sector. Ideal candidates have a degree in mechanical or automotive engineering, some industry experience, and speak fluent German. There's an opportunity to engage with various departments to implement technical changes.
Junior Program Manager (m/f/d)
You will independently supervise assigned projects and ensure that project milestones and targets are met
You will monitor the processes across departments and support the project team in their execution
You create presentations and timelines based on the assigned milestones
You act as an interface between the OEM customer and Lear's internal departments
You cooperate closely with the specialist areas of development, industrial engineering, purchasing, quality, production, logistics and sales
You will lead cross-functional project teams to implement technical changes over the project duration
You coordinate and are responsible for prototype creation for customer and test requirements
You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or Logistics
You already have some experience in the automotive industry
Ideally, you have some experience in project management
You speak fluent German and good English
