Résumé du poste
A leading engineering company in Baden-Württemberg is seeking a Junior Program Manager to supervise projects in the automotive sector. The role involves coordinating with various departments, leading project teams, and engaging with OEM customers. Ideal candidates will have a degree in mechanical or automotive engineering and experience in the automotive industry. Fluent German and good English communication skills are required.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed a relevant degree.
- Some experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Experience in project management is a plus.
Responsabilités
- Supervise assigned projects and ensure milestones are met.
- Monitor processes across departments and support the project team.
- Create presentations and timelines based on project milestones.
- Act as an interface between the customer and internal departments.
- Lead cross-functional project teams for technical changes.
- Coordinate prototype creation for customer and test requirements.
Connaissances
Formation
- You will independently supervise assigned projects and ensure that project milestones and targets are met
- You will monitor the processes across departments and support the project team in their execution
- You create presentations and timelines based on the assigned milestones
- You act as an interface between the OEM customer and Lear's internal departments
- You cooperate closely with the specialist areas of development, industrial engineering, purchasing, quality, production, logistics and sales
- You will lead cross-functional project teams to implement technical changes over the project duration
- You coordinate and are responsible for prototype creation for customer and test requirements
- You have successfully completed a degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or Logistics
- You already have some experience in the automotive industry
- Ideally, you have some experience in project management
- You speak fluent German and good English
