A leading technology company in Ulm is seeking an IT Administrator to manage the IT infrastructure and provide first-level support. The ideal candidate has a degree in Computer Science and experience in technical support. Strong proficiency in both English and German is necessary. Formation
For our global eDevelopment team, we are looking for an IT Administrator (m / f / d) at our location in Ulm.
- Administration of the IT infrastructure
- Support and optimization of client, server and network architecture
- Maintenance of IT asset management and administration of user accounts
- Setup, cabling and maintenance of IT equipment
- IT security support
- 1st level technical support for employees
- Provision and setup of employee laptops
- Development and operation of automation scripts (GitOps)
- Successfully completed degree in Computer science or a related field, alternatively a computer scientist training with experience
- Experience in technical support
- Initial experience in creating automation scripts
- Initial experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial
- Knowledge of standards such as ISO 27001 or NIST is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team, initiative and strong communication skills
- Very good written and spoken English and German
