Overview

SE Ranking is seeking a Vice President of Global Sales + Success to lead and scale our sales function through the next phase of growth. This is a high-impact opportunity to own our global revenue engine, unify inbound and outbound motions, and build a performance-driven sales culture within a profitable, product-led SaaS business.

You’ll be responsible for managing a lean, high-velocity SMB sales team while building the structure, strategy, and process needed to expand into higher-ACV mid-market opportunities. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing and product to create a unified buyer journey, while coaching and growing a distributed sales team across global regions.

What You’ll Do

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy aligned with SE Ranking’s growth objectives
  • Own revenue targets, forecast performance, and ensure predictable pipeline execution
  • Optimize and scale both inbound and outbound motions, ensuring rapid lead conversion and clear handoffs
  • Lead, coach, and grow a global team of AEs and SDRs, with a strong focus on accountability, enablement, and results
  • Implement structured onboarding, performance management, and training to upskill team capabilities
  • Champion a culture of learning, transparency, and high performance

Process & Data

  • Establish KPIs, reporting cadence, and sales operations discipline to drive performance and clarity
  • Identify bottlenecks, test improvements, and leverage data to inform decision-making

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Marketing on lead generation, funnel efficiency, and campaign alignment
  • Collaborate with Product and Customer Success to ensure product-market alignment and post-sale satisfaction
  • Share customer insights that inform messaging, packaging, and roadmap

Market Expansion

  • Identify new customer segments and geographic markets, with a focus on Eastern Europe and North America
  • Experiment with mid-market sales approaches, including outbound, partner, or consultative sales plays
What You Bring
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in a SaaS company selling to SMBs or mid-market
  • Proven success scaling a high-velocity inbound sales team, with added bonus for outbound development experience
  • Experience owning a global sales org, or managing distributed teams across multiple regions
  • Strong coaching skills—you’ve built and up-leveled high-performing teams
  • A data-first approach to forecasting, performance, and pipeline management
  • Operational rigor, with the ability to build process without bureaucracy
  • A “player-coach” mindset—you’re comfortable staying close to deals and mentoring in real time
  • Preference for candidates with experience working in EMEA or managing teams in Eastern Europe
