The Role
Following recent investments and planned growth by Lucanet, we anticipate a substantial increase in customers using our flagship products. We require additional user support to ensure all customers maximize their use of our product suite. Your role will be to assist customers in troubleshooting their problems and issues.
Sometimes this will involve simple guidance, such as correcting user input errors, guiding them through our platform to their desired outcome. Other times, it will require technical troubleshooting, necessitating liaising with various teams within our business to resolve issues efficiently and satisfactorily.
This is an exciting period of sustainable growth for us. While there will be challenges, you will play a vital role in helping us navigate these and provide best-in-class service to our customers.
This is a fully remote role with the option to attend LucaNet offices in Berlin at your discretion. We also offer interview preparation courses.
